Finite Ends, Endless Beginnings

Nothing yet everything to see

our veins their roots

our veins are roots

never one always as one

to cut wrists is to cut theirs

they feel the fall just the same

the bay falls just the same

to breed resent is to be death

the flowers wilt

with shortness of breath

to breed resent is to be death

the ocean is drained

with the pull of their chain

unclench your jaw

cause each fish caught

kills another

the bait for others

will hook your heart

the dock the boat waves to the horizon.
